Essentials Only
SolarSea Salts
SolarSea Salts
Straight from the source. Harvested from Utah’s Great Salt Lake using sustainable solar evaporation, SolarSea Salts deliver a rich, natural spectrum of electrolytes and trace minerals—no synthetic additives, no chemical processing. It’s local, clean, and packed with highly bioavailable forms of sodium and magnesium that your body actually uses.
Sodium Chloride
Sodium Chloride
Hydration’s MVP. Our 950mg of sodium chloride delivers fast, effective hydration by pulling water into your bloodstream and cells where it’s actually needed. The chloride form of sodium mirrors what’s found in your body’s natural fluid balance—making it easier to absorb and use, without the bloating or sluggishness of inferior forms.
Potassium Chloride
Potassium Chloride
Real cellular hydration starts here. Potassium chloride is the gold standard for replenishing potassium—the electrolyte your body uses to power muscles, steady your heartbeat, and keep fluids where they belong: inside your cells. Unlike potassium citrate or gluconate, which can be poorly absorbed or cause bloating, potassium chloride mimics the form your body naturally prefers. That means better absorption, fewer GI issues, and no wasted electrolytes.
Magnesium Chloride
Magnesium Chloride
Magnesium is nature’s chill pill. It makes sure your muscles get the message for when to contract and relax (so if you’ve got some muscle cramps, you’ll want some of this pronto). And unlike other forms, Magnesium Chloride is easy for your body to absorb and use, and it does not cause GI distress.
The chloride form of Magnesium is one of the most bioavailable and easily absorbed forms (while others may pass right through you or cause GI distress).
Malic Acid
Malic Acid
This helps give SALTT some of its flavor—without the controversies of citric acid, which most electrolyte brands use. (It also just tastes better!)
Stevia Leaf Extract
Stevia Leaf Extract
This is a natural sweetener that does not add calories (or cavities!). While many others use the cheapest and most bitter form (RebA), we use the rarest, highest quality forms (RebD & RebM).
Acacia Gum
Acacia Gum
This is a binding agent that helps SALTT mix better (and stay shelf stable for longer), plus it has the bonus of boosting gut health.
FAQs
What are electrolytes, and why do I need them if I'm not an athlete?
What are electrolytes, and why do I need them if I'm not an athlete?
Electrolytes are specific minerals (such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium) that help conduct electrical charges all over your body. That’s why low electrolytes can cause muscle cramps, and even serious heart problems! They also play a crucial role in delivering hydration and other nutrients to your cells. That’s why, even if you’re drinking plenty of water, you can still feel dehydrated and sluggish if you're missing key electrolytes.
Recent research is showing that we need far more electrolytes than we’ve been told. And the benefits of balanced electrolytes are not limited just to extreme sports enthusiasts and marathon runners. The growing list of those benefits includes improved mood, energy, mental clarity, muscle health (especially relief from muscle cramps!), and more.
How many servings should I have every day?

1-2 servings per day is a good place to start, but some users will prefer more for optimal health and performance.
What sweeteners do you use?

Our flavored electrolytes use Stevia. Our unflavored electrolytes (such as the drops and capsules) contain no sweetener.
What does "Natural Flavors" mean?
What does "Natural Flavors" mean?
When you see “Natural Flavors” on the ingredient list, it just means it comes from something found in nature and not from a lab. That’s all. The exact recipe is held by the company that makes the flavoring we use, but they have confirmed that there is no maltodextrin or sugar in what we use for SALTT—something that is untrue for many competitor products. We have always and will continue to prioritize quality ingredients that support human health, and that make for a better and tastier result! If you have concerns about the content of our Natural Flavors due to allergies, please feel free to reach out to us and we will work with the manufacturer to get you the information that you need!
